The Real Inner Work: Energy, Capacity & the Way You Lead

“If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration.” — Nikola Tesla

And you are a universe, too.

Not just metaphorically… but literally.

The way you lead, create, decide, and show up in your life and business is all happening through your energetic field.

Your nervous system.
Your capacity.
Your patterns.
Your rhythm.

This is the work.

Because no amount of strategy will override a system that doesn’t feel safe to hold what you’re calling in.

You Don’t Need More Strategy—You Need More Capacity

Most high performers don’t struggle because they don’t know what to do.

They struggle because their body can’t sustainably hold the level of growth they’re reaching for.

So what happens?

You override.
You push.
You force clarity.
You stay in motion because slowing down feels unfamiliar… or even unsafe.

And eventually, something starts to push back.

Burnout.
Indecision.
Second-guessing.
A loss of clarity.

Not because you’re doing it wrong—
but because your system is maxed out.

Your Nervous System Is Driving More Than You Think

Your nervous system isn’t just about stress or anxiety. The connection to your subsconsious - it controls the reality you see. The relationship to your fascia - signaling your muscles, your breathing and your biology to shift due to certain energies, certain traumas or certain inperceptable truths. Your body knows. Your nervous system knows.

It’s the foundation of how you experience everything:

  • How much success you can hold

  • How visible you allow yourself to be

  • How you navigate uncertainty

  • How you make decisions

  • How you receive (money, opportunities, support)

If your system is wired for survival, it will prioritize safety over expansion—every time.

Even if consciously, you want more.

This is why you can have the strategy, the vision, the plan…

…and still feel stuck.

Patterns Don’t Break Through Force

So many of the patterns that show up in business are actually somatic:

Over-functioning
Over-producing
People-pleasing
Avoidance
Control
Perfectionism

These aren’t mindset problems. They’re body-held patterns. And they don’t shift through more discipline.

They shift through awareness, regulation, and building safety in your system to operate differently.

The Missing Piece: Regulation + Expansion

There’s a rhythm to sustainable growth that most people skip.

We’re taught to constantly expand.

Push more. Do more. Be more.

But true growth requires both:

Regulation → Expansion → Integration

Without regulation, expansion feels unsafe.
Without integration, expansion doesn’t last.

This is why you can have breakthroughs… and then find yourself right back in old patterns.

Your system hasn’t caught up yet.

This Is Where the Work Changes

There’s a moment where the work shifts.

From doing → holding
From force → regulation
From strategy → embodiment

Where you stop asking:

“What’s the next move?”

…and start asking:

“What does my system actually have the capacity to hold right now?”

From here, everything changes.

Your decisions become clearer.
Your energy becomes more stable.
Your growth becomes sustainable.

This Is the Work We Do Together

My 1:1 mentorship is where we bring this into practice.

This isn’t surface-level strategy.

This is where we:

  • Recalibrate your nervous system so you can lead from clarity, not survival

  • Identify the patterns quietly running your decisions and shift them at the root

  • Expand your capacity to hold more visibility, money, responsibility, and growth

  • Build an operating system that actually supports the life and business you’re here to lead

We blend strategy with somatic work, energetic awareness, and real-time application.

Because you don’t just need to know what to do—
you need to be able to hold it.

A Different Way to Lead

You don’t need to burn your way to success.

You don’t need to override your body to get there.

There is a way to build, lead, and grow that feels:

Grounded.
Clear.
Sustainable.
Aligned.

But it requires a different level of awareness.

A different level of honesty.

And a willingness to do the deeper work.

If You’re Feeling This…

If you’re at a point where:

  • You’ve built success—but it doesn’t feel sustainable

  • You’re craving clarity, but everything feels noisy

  • You know you’re meant for more, but something isn’t clicking

  • You’re tired of overriding your body to keep up

This is your invitation.

Apply for 1:1 Mentorship

This is deep, intimate work.

High-touch.
Highly personalized.
Designed for people who are ready to lead differently.

If you’re ready to expand your capacity and build from a place that actually supports you—

Applications are open.

6 Simple Somatic Practices to Regulate Your Nervous System

Simple tools to calm your body + mind

You don’t always need to do more to feel better.

Sometimes, what your body is asking for… is to slow down, to listen, and to gently come back into safety. That may sound like a tall task when you are feeling a trigger arise, or an elevation of stress. And it can also be really simple to give yourself support in the moment.

Your nervous system and the intelligence of your fascia is constantly responding to your environment—processing stress, stimulation, emotions, and experiences, whether you’re consciously aware of it or not.

And when it becomes dysregulated, it can show up as:

  • feeling anxious or on edge

  • brain fog or lack of clarity

  • burnout or exhaustion

  • emotional reactivity

  • trouble sleeping or fully relaxing

  • muscle pain or tension

The goal isn’t to “fix” your nervous system. And it’s also not to eliminate stress all together. Rather, the goal is to build up your internal capacity to navigate stressful moments with more ease and resources.

These 6 simple somatic practices give you some quick support to build a relationship with your body, with your fascia and your nervous system to find more calm.

Somatic practices are one of the most powerful ways to do that—because they work with the body, not just the mind.

Here are six simple, accessible practices you can start using today:

1. Box Breathing

Your breath is one of the fastest ways to communicate safety to your system.

Box breathing helps regulate your nervous system by slowing your heart rate and bringing you back into the present moment.

How to practice:

I often guide clients to find a comfortable seat for this, but you can also practice this standing. This is a gentle breathing exercise that helps bring awareness to your internal system. The consistency of the 4-breaths helps your system find support in a matter of moments.

  • Inhale for 4

  • Hold for 4

  • Exhale for 4

  • Hold for 4

  • Repeat for 2–5 minutes

Keep it gentle. No forcing. Let your breath guide you back to yourself.

2. Tapping

Also known as EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), tapping helps regulate the nervous system by combining light touch with awareness.

It’s especially supportive when you feel anxious, overwhelmed, or emotionally activated.

This video takes you through an EFT Tapping Exercise.

How to practice:

  • Gently tap along points like the side of your hand, collarbone, or under your eyes

  • As you tap, name what you’re feeling:
“Even though I feel overwhelmed, I’m safe right now.”

You’re not trying to bypass the feeling—you’re creating space for it to move.

3. Orienting (to signal safety to your body)

When your nervous system is in a stress response, it often perceives threat—even when you’re safe.

Orienting brings you back into your environment and reminds your body: you’re okay.

How to practice:

  • Slowly look around the room you are in.

  • Notice 5 things you see

  • Notice 4 things you hear

  • Notice 3 things you can touch and their texture

  • Notice 2 things you smell

  • Let your eyes land on things that feel neutral or pleasant

Take your time here. This is about re-establishing safety through awareness.

4. Grounding Through the Body

When you feel scattered or disconnected, grounding helps bring your awareness back into your body.

How to practice:

  • Place one hand on your heart, one on your belly

  • Feel the weight of your body

  • Notice the rise and fall of your chest under your hand or belly (or both)

  • Press your feet gently into the floor

You can also lie down or sit against a wall for added support.

Let your body be felt.

5. Shaking or Free Movement

Stress isn’t just mental—it’s physiological. And this is one of my favorite practices to discharge energy…

If it doesn’t move, it stays.

Gentle shaking or intuitive movement helps release excess energy and bring your system back into balance.

How to practice:

  • Stand and gently shake out your arms, legs, or whole body

  • Or put on music and move intuitively for a few minutes (1 or 2 songs is great!)

This doesn’t need to look like anything.

Let your body lead.

6. Lengthened Exhale Breathing (to down-regulate)

If your nervous system feels activated, focusing on a longer exhale can help bring it back into a more regulated state.

How to practice:

  • Inhale for 4

  • Exhale for 6–8

  • Repeat for a few minutes

The longer exhale signals to your body that it’s safe to soften.

A gentle reminder

These practices aren’t about doing them perfectly.

They’re about building awareness and connection to your body.. This is an invitation to feel the aliveness in your system.

This is about noticing what your body needs—and responding with care instead of control.

Start small.

Pick one or two that resonate and integrate them into your day.

Consistency matters more than intensity.

Want to go deeper?

If you’re starting to recognize patterns of dysregulation in your body, that awareness is powerful.

And you don’t have to navigate it alone.

I created a free resource to support you in identifying where your energy is being depleted and how to begin shifting it.

7 Signs Your Nervous System Is Overstimulated (Even If You Feel “Fine”)

You can be productive, responsive, and “on top of things”… and still be deeply dysregulated.

Functioning isn’t the same as being regulated.

And for many high-performers and entrepreneurs, the ability to function inside dysregulation becomes the very thing that keeps them stuck in it.

The Misunderstanding of “Functioning”

Somewhere along the way, we started equating “I’m handling it” with “I’m okay.”

You’re getting things done.
You’re showing up.
You’re meeting expectations.

From the outside, everything looks stable—even successful.

But internally, it might feel like:

  • Your mind is constantly running

  • Your body never fully relaxes

  • You can’t quite land, even when things are “good”

This is what often goes unnoticed:
You’ve adapted to a level of activation that no longer feels like stress—it just feels like normal.

High-performing women are especially skilled at this.

You learn how to override signals.
Push through fatigue.
Stay mentally “on” no matter what’s happening in your body.

Over time, dysregulation becomes your baseline.

Not because it’s sustainable…
but because it’s familiar.

7 Subtle Signs Your Nervous System Is Overstimulated

These aren’t always loud or obvious.
In fact, they often hide underneath capability.

1. You feel wired—but exhausted

You’re tired, but you can’t fully power down.

Your body feels depleted, but your mind is still active—thinking, planning, looping.

It’s not just fatigue. It’s activation layered on top of exhaustion.

2. Your mind doesn’t turn off

There’s a constant stream of thoughts:

  • What’s next

  • What you forgot

  • What you need to handle

Even when you try to rest, your mind keeps going.

This isn’t a focus issue—it’s a regulation issue.

3. Rest feels uncomfortable or unproductive

When you finally slow down, something feels… off.

You might reach for your phone.
Start thinking about what you “should” be doing.
Or feel a subtle sense of guilt for not being productive.

Rest doesn’t feel safe—it feels unfamiliar.

4. You over-commit, then feel resentment

In the moment, you say yes easily.

You can handle it. You always do.

But later, you feel stretched, irritated, or overwhelmed.

This isn’t a time management issue—it’s a capacity awareness issue.

5. You struggle to be fully present

Even in moments that are meant to feel good, part of you is elsewhere.

Thinking ahead.
Planning.
Holding the next thing.

Your body is in one place, but your attention is split.

6. You feel urgency—but not clarity

There’s a sense that something needs your attention… now.

But you’re not always clear on what or why.

You move quickly, but it doesn’t always feel grounded.

This is activation without direction.

7. You crash when you finally stop

When you do slow down, everything hits at once.

Fatigue.
Emotions.
Sometimes even getting sick.

It’s as if your body has been waiting for permission to release.

Why This Happens

Your nervous system is designed to help you respond to stress.

But when stress becomes constant—deadlines, decisions, expectations, stimulation—it adapts.

It learns to stay in a state of activation.

At first, this can feel like productivity.
Focus.
Drive.

But over time, it becomes strain.

Instead of moving between activation and rest, your system gets stuck “on.”

And because you’ve learned how to function in that state, it doesn’t always register as a problem—until it starts to catch up with you.

This is what chronic overstimulation looks like:

  • High output with low recovery

  • Mental engagement without physical grounding

  • Constant input without integration

It’s not that your system is failing.

It’s that it’s been working overtime for too long.

What Actually Helps

Most people try to solve this by doing more:

  • Better routines

  • More structure

  • Another strategy

But regulation doesn’t come from adding more.

It starts with awareness.

Noticing:

  • Where your energy is going

  • What’s pulling on your attention

  • Where your capacity is being exceeded

From there, the shift becomes less about optimization—and more about support.

Regulation isn’t about slowing your life down to nothing.

It’s about creating a system where your body feels safe enough to not stay in constant activation.

Where you can move, create, and lead…
without overriding yourself in the process.

A Different Starting Point

If this feels familiar, your system isn’t broken—it’s overextended.

And before you try to fix anything, you need a clear picture of what’s actually happening beneath the surface.

The Energy Audit™ Workbook is designed to help you do exactly that.

It will guide you in identifying:

  • Where your energy is being drained

  • How your nervous system is responding

  • What’s no longer sustainable

  • And what small, grounded shifts can support you

You don’t need to push harder.

You need clarity.

Download the Energy Audit™ Workbook and start understanding what your system has been trying to tell you.

When Strategy Stops Working: Why the Next Level of Leadership Requires the Body

Hello from the future…..

By that I mean hello from Bali, Indonesia — which means I’m writing to you from a slightly different timeline.

I’ve been in Bali for a multi-disciplinary somatic training: a 300-hour Advanced Somatics & Yin Yoga Teacher Training with the incredible and revolutionary guide, Carlos Romero.

I’m about halfway through this intensive month-long retreat-meets-training. And as I write this, I’m on a well-deserved two-day break by the beach before returning to the second half of the program.

This experience has already been profound.

There have been many moments where the universe — or perhaps my higher self — has winked at me. Moments of deep clarity and expansion. Moments where insights land in the body before they fully make sense in the mind.

There have also been moments of challenge.

Moments of resistance.
Old patterns surfacing.
Edges of growth appearing unexpectedly.

This is the work.

And I find myself both deeply grateful and in awe of the journey.

Before leaving for Bali, I intentionally wrapped my last 1:1 mentorship container so I could be fully present for this training and the personal evolution it’s inviting.

And while I already had a handful of people on the waitlist for my next container, something interesting has happened during this time away.

Even more clarity has emerged about the shape of the work I offer.

The Moment Strategy Stops Working

Over the past 15+ years working with entrepreneurs, founders, and creative leaders, I’ve noticed a pattern.

Most people try to scale strategy before expanding their capacity.

More planning.
More tactics.
More productivity.

But there often comes a point where strategy alone stops working.

You may be successful on paper.
Your business may be growing.

And yet internally something feels stretched.

Your nervous system may feel overloaded.
Decisions may feel heavier.
The pace of growth may no longer feel sustainable.

This is often the moment where deeper work becomes necessary.

Because leadership does not live only in the mind.

Leadership lives in the body too.

Your nervous system shapes how you make decisions.
How you handle pressure.
How you communicate.
How much growth you can actually sustain.

Your business can only expand to the level your system can hold.

And this realization has fundamentally reshaped the work I do.

Introducing the Next Evolution of My 1:1 Work

The next iteration of my private mentorship brings together three core elements:

Strategy. Soma. Soul.

Strategy represents clarity in business, brand, and leadership.

Soma represents the body — your nervous system, your somatic awareness, and the patterns your body holds.

Soul represents the deeper energetic intelligence that informs purpose, intuition, and alignment.

Inside this container we work with your whole system.

Because a strategy that doesn’t consider the human being implementing it will always fall short.

What We Explore Together

Inside this container, our work may include:

Somatic awareness
Nervous system regulation
Energetic pattern recognition
Embodied leadership
Human Design and astrology insights
Personal alignment
Intuition development
Strategic business guidance and decision support

This is not traditional “coaching”.

In truth, I feel somewhat repelled by that word.

What I offer is mentorship.

I see my role as a guide. A sounding board. A translator between your mind, your body, and the deeper intelligence already within you.

We don’t just talk about strategy.

We explore:

What your body is holding.
What your energy is signaling.

What your intuition has to share.
What your leadership is asking for next.

Your energetic signature becomes part of the strategy.

Inside the Container

This round I’m offering up to six months of private mentorship.

Each container is deeply personalized and often include:

Personalized sessions
Channeled meditations and intuitive guidance
Somatic practices and nervous system tools
Strategic support for your business or leadership
Voice, messaging, and decision guidance
Energetic pattern awareness
Personal alignment and purpose assessment
A personalized For Your Design™ plan
Business strategy alignment and clarity

This is deep, individualized work.

What Clients Often Experience

While every client’s journey is unique, many report:

More clarity in business decisions
Greater nervous system resilience
Clearer boundaries with work, family, and clients
More aligned offers and messaging
A deeper trust in their intuition and body
Strategic action plans that feel doable
Increased personal capacity

Perhaps most importantly, many begin to recognize something new:

How the body speaks.

Intentionally Limited

I intentionally keep this container intimate.

I work with no more than four clients at a time.

This allows the work to remain deeply personalized, responsive, and attuned to each person’s individual leadership path while honoring my own personal energy and capacity to be available to hold space for my client’s transformation.

This is not a high-volume program.

It’s a mentorship relationship. Applications are now open.

Timeline

Applications are open March 13 through March 31.

Curiosity calls will take place in early April.

The next container officially begins May 1.

Receive $1,000 off your investment and a bonus 1:1 call if you sign up before April 13!

If You Feel Curious

If something in this resonates with you — if you sense that your next level of leadership may require deeper alignment between strategy, body, and energy — you’re welcome to apply.

And if there’s alignment, we’ll explore next steps on a curiosity call.

Until then, sending warm greetings from Bali.

Winter Solstice 2025: Rest, Remember, and Reclaim Your Light

The Winter Solstice marks the longest night of the year — and this is spiritually significant because it’s a sacred pause in the natural cycle where darkness reaches its peak and the return of light begins.

This is not a time for forcing clarity.
Not a time for pushing forward.
Not a time for fixing or optimizing yourself.

The Winter Solstice invites rest, reflection, and remembrance. and embracing the shadows.

It reminds us that stillness is not stagnation. That darkness is not wrong. That something essential is always forming beneath the surface — even when nothing appears to be happening.

In a world that glorifies constant motion, the Solstice is an invitation to soften your grip, come back into your body, and listen.

The Wisdom of the Shadow

I shared in The Energy Edit™ December call the reminder of the winter season: for rest. Stillness. Reflection and surrender.

This is a symbol that nature doesn’t rush this season.
Trees shed their leaves.
The earth conserves energy.
Animals hibernate.

Your nervous system craves this same permission.

The Solstice is a moment to acknowledge what this year has held — the endings, the shedding, the quiet victories, the versions of you that no longer fit.

Before the light returns, you’re invited to sit with what was.

Not to analyze it.
Not to judge it.
But to honor it.

Journal Prompts for the Winter Solstice

After your practice, allow your reflections to flow onto the page.

1. What did this year ask me to release — even when it was uncomfortable?

2. Where did I learn to trust myself more deeply this year?

3. What parts of me are asking for rest right now — physically, emotionally, energetically?

4. What feels complete, even if it didn’t look the way I expected?

5. As the light slowly returns, what energy do I want to carry forward?

Deepen the Experience: Winter Solstice Sound Healing

Sound has a unique way of bypassing the mind and speaking directly to the nervous system.

To support deeper integration, I’ve created a Winter Solstice Sound Healing Journey designed to help you:

  • Release residual energetic weight from the year

  • Settle into a state of deep rest and safety

  • Support reflection, completion, and gentle renewal

  • Align your body and energy with the returning light

You can listen during your Solstice ritual, before sleep, or anytime you feel called inward.

Access the Winter Solstice Sound Healing here.

Let the sound carry what words cannot.

My Closing Thoughts for The Winter Solstice 2025

The Solstice reminds us that light doesn’t arrive all at once.
It returns gradually.
Quietly.
Patiently.

Just like healing.
Just like integration.
Just like becoming.

You don’t need a full plan for what’s next.
You don’t need to rush into resolutions.
You don’t need to be “ready.”

You only need to stay present with yourself — and allow what’s emerging to do so in its own time.

Why Nothing Changed Until I Audited My Energy

For a long time, I thought the answer to my business “burnout” was more discipline.

More structure.
More productivity.
More pushing through.

On paper, my life looked successful. I had built businesses, hit milestones, and checked the boxes that were supposed to equal fulfillment. But internally, my body was telling a very different story.

I was tired—but wired.
Focused—but overstimulated.
Capable—but constantly on edge.

I didn’t recognize it at the time, but my nervous system was living in survival mode. And I had normalized it.

When “Drive” Is Actually Dysregulation

High-achievers don’t usually burn out because they’re lazy.

They burn out because they ignore subtle energy leaks for too long.

I did exactly that. I labeled chronic tension as ambition. I dismissed exhaustion as the cost of success. I learned how to override my body instead of listening to it.

No strategy fixed that.

What changed everything was learning how to audit my energy—to pause long enough to notice where my attention, boundaries, and nervous system capacity were being pulled in unsustainable ways.

That awareness didn’t just bring relief.
It brought clarity.

Energy Is Information

Your body is constantly communicating with you.

Through tension.
Through fatigue.
Through restlessness.
Through resistance.

None of these signals mean something is wrong with you. They mean something is asking to be seen.

When I stopped trying to “fix” myself and instead got curious about my energy, patterns began to emerge. Certain environments drained me. Certain obligations dysregulated me. Certain ways of working were no longer aligned with the season I was in.

That honesty became the foundation for real change.

Why I Created YOUR ENERGY AUDIT™

I created YOUR ENERGY AUDIT™ Workbook to offer others the starting point I wish I had sooner.

This isn’t mindset work.
It’s not a productivity hack.
And it’s not about doing more.

It’s a guided self-assessment designed to help you:

  • Identify where your energy is leaking

  • Understand how your nervous system is responding to your current life or business season

  • Recognize what’s no longer sustainable

  • Name the shifts that will support clarity, safety, and grounded momentum

The process is simple, gentle, and honest—because that’s what real regulation requires.

Who This Is For

This workbook is especially supportive if you’re a:

  • Founder, creative, or leader who moves fast

  • High-achievers who feel “off” but can’t name why

  • Person in transition—personally, professionally, or both

  • Someone who senses their next level requires less force and more attunement

You don’t need to overhaul your life.
You don’t need to push harder.

You need awareness.

A Starting Point, Not a Finish Line

Auditing your energy doesn’t mean slowing down forever.
It means moving forward from a place of truth.

Clarity comes before alignment.
Regulation comes before sustainable growth.

If something in you knows it’s time to pause and check in, this is your invitation.

YOUR ENERGY AUDIT™ Workbook is available as a free download HERE.

Listen to your body.
It’s already leading you.

The Final Full Moon of 2025 in Gemini

Reflections for the Final Full Moon of 2025

As we arrive at the last full moon of the year — a powerful Gemini moon — there’s a palpable sense of completion, integration, and clarity moving through the collective. Full moons illuminate what’s ready to be seen, but this one feels different. It carries the weight of an entire year’s worth of lessons, choices, expansions, contractions, and quiet inner evolutions.

Gemini, ruled by Mercury, governs our mind, our words, our communication patterns, the narratives we repeat, and the meanings we assign to our experiences. Under this moon, the mind becomes loud — not to overwhelm us, but to show us what still needs acknowledgment, clearing, or reframing before we cross the energetic threshold into 2026.

But unlike the mental spin we sometimes associate with Gemini, this full moon invites a deeper truth from my perspective:

Your mind is not your enemy. It’s your messenger.
Your body is not separate from your thinking. It’s your anchor.
Your intuition is not whispering — it's speaking clearly.

This is a moon that asks us to harmonize the two:
the stories we tell ourselves and the sensations that tell the real story.

Energetically, This Moon Marks a Turning Point

2025 was a powerful “9 year” — a year of endings, completions, clearing karmic patterns, and outgrowing identities that once fit but no longer do. Many people felt cycles ending, relationships shifting, careers realigning, and an inner restructuring of what “success,” “safety,” and “purpose” truly mean.

This full moon acts as the final release valve of that cycle.

As we prepare for 2026 — a “1 year,” a year of new beginnings — Gemini’s air energy helps us sort through:

  • what thoughts, beliefs, and patterns cannot come with us

  • which old versions of ourselves we’ve quietly closed the chapter on

  • what truths we’re finally ready to say out loud

  • what our intuition has been communicating all along

This is a moon that supports revelation.
A moon that clears static.
A moon that says: “You know now. Trust what you know.”

Somatic Lens

I sat with the energy of this moon from a somatic sense. Gemini energy lives in mind and thoughts… yet that energy touches every aspect of the body…. The arms, hands, shoulders, lungs, and breath — all areas connected to movement, expression, and the capacity to take things in and let things go.

Pause for a moment and notice:

  • How is your breath today?

  • Do your shoulders feel open or guarded?

  • Does your chest feel spacious, tight, easeful, or activated?

  • What sensations arise when you say, “This year is complete”?

This moon reminds us that the stories we tell ourselves aren’t just mental — they live in the body. When we shift the internal narrative, we shift our physiology. And when we release the emotional residue of the year, we create real capacity to step into something new.

A simple practice for tonight:

Place a hand on your chest and one on your belly.
Inhale through your nose, exhale through your mouth.
Then whisper:
“I release the stories that no longer belong to me.”

Let your body feel that. Notice how it feels to sink into that senstation.

Journal Prompts for the Full Moon in Gemini

  1. What stories from 2025 am I ready to release or rewrite?

  2. What areas did I outgrow versions of myself this year?

  3. What truths have surfaced for me this year that I can no longer ignore?

  4. What has my intuition been communicating to me consistently — even when I tried not to listen?

  5. What conversations, boundaries, or expressions feel important as I move into 2026?

  6. What version of myself am I closing the chapter on with gratitude?

  7. What am I taking with me?

  8. Where do I feel mental clutter or energetic noise?

  9. What would it feel like to set it down?

  10. Who am I becoming — and what beliefs does that future version of me hold?

  11. What is my body telling me tonight that my mind may have missed?

This final full moon of 2025 is an invitation to honor the winding road that brought you here — every pivot, every release, every moment your intuition whispered “this is no longer aligned,” and every courageous step you took because you knew there was more for you.

Let this moon be a marker of completion.
Let it clear the static.
Let it open the channel for what’s next.

And as you step into 2026, allow this truth to land:

You’re not starting from scratch — you’re starting from wisdom and new beginnings energy awaits us….

Why the Best Time to Restructure Your Business Isn’t January — It’s Right Now

Most people slow down during the holiday season.
But truthfully? This has always been my favorite time to start something new.

We tend to wait for the “perfect moment” — a new year, a Monday, a fresh planner, a clean slate — to make a change. But the biggest shifts in my life and in my clients’ businesses have never come from waiting. They’ve come from starting right where we are.

Over the past few years, my work and my life have evolved in powerful ways. While I’ve expanded deeper into somatics, intuitive leadership, yoga, sound, and embodied wellbeing… I’ve also continued supporting select founders and teams behind the scenes through private consulting. Quietly. Intentionally. Helping people operate with more clarity, stability, and ease.

That personal evolution has mirrored my professional one. As I’ve shifted, I’ve also taken action during times when most people are slowing down. Because momentum builds when we move in alignment — not when the calendar tells us to.

Lately, starting where I’m at has looked like:

• Beginning a new workout routine because my body always reveals the truth before my mind
• Exploring hobbies and wellbeing practices that pull me into creativity and presence
• Trying on new ways of being that feel more aligned with the woman I’m becoming
• Building and releasing new business offers that merge strategy, somatics, and intuitive leadership

These small, aligned beginnings create the kind of momentum that carries you into the next year with clarity, confidence, and grounded direction.

And the same is true for your business.

There is no perfect moment.
There is only the moment you choose to step into.

As I wrap several private consulting engagements this fall, I’m opening ONE spot for a short-term consulting partnership — a structured 3-month container running December through February — for founders, CEOs, and marketing leaders who want to start 2026 with more alignment, less chaos, and a stronger foundation.

This container is designed for leaders who want to:

• Clean up their marketing and business ecosystem
• Streamline systems and workflows to eliminate friction and burnout
• Integrate AI in strategic, supportive, non-overwhelming ways
• Strengthen communication rhythms and leadership clarity
• Support team wellbeing and nervous system capacity
• Establish a clear roadmap for brand, content, and operational performance

Inside this 3-month engagement, you’ll receive:
• A deep-dive audit of your marketing, messaging, automations, funnels, and operations
• Systems + workflow optimization recommendations
• A tailored AI tool stack + customized SOPs
• High-level brand and content strategy refinement
• Three monthly 1:1 strategy sessions + ongoing async support
• A final roadmap that positions your team for success in Q2 2026 and beyond

Clients often walk away with:

• Reduced team overwhelm and cleaner communication
• A streamlined, intuitive marketing ecosystem
• AI tools that enhance productivity instead of creating confusion
• A more aligned brand and content direction
• Systems that feel easier, lighter, and more sustainable
• A roadmap that makes the next 12–18 months feel manageable

If your business is growing… if your team feels stretched… or if you’re tired of operating in reactive mode, now is the time to make the shift — not January, not “someday.”

This is the moment you choose to step forward.

If you’re feeling the nudge to start something new in your business as we head into 2026 — a clean slate, a refined strategy, a stronger system — I’d love to support you.

I’m meeting with potential partners this week.
If you want the details, send me a message here!

Let’s get you aligned, organized, and ready for what’s next.

2025: A 9-Year of Completion, Closure & Conscious Surrender

Numerology × Snake Year Energy × Preparing for a 1-Year Rebirth in 2026

In numerology, every calendar year holds a collective energetic vibration. We move through a nine-year universal cycle, each year carrying a distinct frequency, lesson, and invitation.

And 2025?

It’s a Universal 9 Year — a sacred closing chapter before a major energetic reset.

But 2025 is layered with even more symbolism. It’s also the Year of the Snake in Chinese astrology — a sign associated with wisdom, transformation, intuition, shedding old skins, and moving with quiet power.

Together, these energies create a potent atmosphere for completion, spiritual maturity, emotional clearing, and preparation. It’s the year to consciously close doors so new ones can open.

This isn’t just change — it’s destined change.

What a Universal 9 Year Really Means

In numerology, the number 9 represents:

  • Completion and closure

  • Spiritual wisdom

  • Liberation and letting go

  • Emotional maturity

  • Compassion and higher consciousness

  • Clearing what no longer fits the next chapter of your life

9 brings everything full circle — a karmic cleanup, a clearing of energetic clutter, and a release of patterns that can’t come with you into the next era.

You may feel:

Projects wrapping up

Relationships shifting (professional, personal, romantic and friendships)

Identity changes

Moving homes, cities, or careers

Sudden clarity about what’s done and what’s not aligned

A pull toward deeper purpose and integrity

A 9 year often feels like a spiritual detox.

Not everything will make sense in the moment — but it typically will in hindsight.

The Snake Year: Shedding Skins & Rising in Wisdom

The Snake is symbolic of:

  • Transformation

  • Regeneration

  • Strategic movement

  • Intuition and inner knowing

  • Rebirth after shedding what constrains

Snakes do not chase.

They observe. They move with precision. They conserve energy for what matters.

In 2025, you may have been feeling a pull to:

Simplify

Move with more intention

Conserve your energy

Say “no” faster

Trust your instincts

Protect your peace

It’s a year where you have become more discerning about the people, energy, and environments you allow in your field.

2025 - a Year of Clearing the Path

Think of 2025 as energetic pruning.

You’ve been cutting away what’s dead — so life can bloom again.

You may be feeling called to:

  • Finish what’s been lingering

  • Release old narratives, identities, or stories

  • Break outdated habits

  • Declutter your physical or digital world

  • Create emotional and energetic space

The universe is making room.

You don’t have to force.

You simply have to allow.

And Then Comes 2026… A Universal 1 Year

After a 9 year of letting go, comes a 1 year of rebirth, new beginnings, creativity, inspiration, and momentum.

A Universal 1 Year is:

  • Fresh starts

  • New identities

  • New relationships

  • Entrepreneurship and leadership

  • Big moves

  • Renewed clarity and confidence

  • Planting seeds that define the next 9-year cycle

If 2025 is the ending of a chapter…

2026 is page one of the next book.

That’s why 2025 matters so much.

You can’t start the next story while holding on to the last one.

Journal Prompts for This Season of Closure & Rebirth

Use these to gain clarity, completion, and momentum:

1. What is naturally completing in my life right now — without me forcing it?

2. What am I ready to release emotionally, physically, or spiritually?

3. Which patterns, behaviors, or relationships feel like old versions of me?

4. What have I outgrown — even if I’m still attached to it?

5. Where am I spending energy that no longer matches where I’m going?

6. What would feel like a clean slate heading into 2026?

7. If I could choose a new beginning — what would I consciously call in?

8. Who is the version of me I’m becoming? What does she value, say yes to, and allow?

Actionable Integration

practice grounded transition ( I know I am!)

Declutter one space

End lingering commitments

Close an open loop

Say the difficult goodbye

Donate what you aren’t using

Release a story you’ve been carrying that no longer applies

Completion clears the vortex for expansion.

2025 isn’t here to push you.

It’s here to prepare you.

lol

Trust the endings.

They are making space for something you can’t imagine yet.

2026 will bring fresh, fertile ground for new beginnings, aligned love, launched ideas, new homes, new collaborations, new dreams and identities.

Let the remainder of 2025 soften you, refine you, and strip away the noise — so you enter the next chapter light, clear, and deeply aligned.

Full Moon in Taurus: Slowing Down to Feel Safe, Steady, and Supported

There’s something about Taurus energy that brings us back into our bodies. Back into our breath. Back into the earth beneath our feet.
This Full Moon arrives as an invitation to soften the pace, recalibrate the nervous system, and reconnect to what feels stable, nourishing, and real.

Taurus is ruled by earth — steady, grounded, sensual, and rooted in the physical world. Under this moon, the Universe asks us to release the chaos, the rushing, and the survival mode patterns we’ve been carrying. The medicine of Taurus is simplicity. Sustainability. Embodiment. Trust.

If you’ve been moving fast, overthinking, or feeling stretched thin, this moon brings a deep exhale. A chance to come home to yourself.

A Return to the Body

Taurus reminds us that clarity doesn’t live in our heads — it lives in the body.

This is a powerful time to slow down and notice what your body has been trying to say:

  • Where does it feel tight?

  • Where is it asking for rest?

  • What feels like a full-body yes?

  • What feels like a no you’ve been overriding?

When the mind is loud, the body whispers. When the mind quiets, the body speaks.

Somatic practices hold extra potency right now: gentle stretching, self-touch, grounding breathwork, restorative yoga, or even five quiet minutes with your hand on your heart. Safety isn’t just a mindset — it’s a physiological experience.

Releasing Scarcity + Rebuilding Self-Trust

Taurus governs security, money, value, and self-worth.
If scarcity, fear of the unknown, or old stories about “not enough” have been showing up, this Full Moon is here to disrupt those patterns.

You may feel:

  • More emotional around money

  • Pulled to simplify your finances or spending

  • Inspired to treat your business or work differently

  • Ready to stop settling for less than you deserve

Scarcity keeps the nervous system in survival mode.
Abundance begins when the body feels safe enough to receive.

This is a beautiful window for journaling on:

  • Where am I settling?

  • Where am I undervaluing myself?

  • Where do I crave more stability?

  • What does abundance feel like in my body?

Stability > Speed

We live in a culture obsessed with urgency, but Taurus energy reminds us:
Slowing down is not falling behind.
Slowing down is how we realign with our truth.

When your nervous system softens, creativity returns. Intuition returns. Self-trust returns.

You may notice the desire to:

  • Clear your calendar

  • Protect your peace

  • Focus on one thing at a time

  • Build something long-term instead of chasing quick wins

Taurus asks us to root first, bloom second.

Pleasure, Nourishment & Receiving

Taurus energy loves the finer things in life. Bougy. Luxury… similarly, this moon also brings us back into pleasure — not just in the sensual sense, but in the simple human experience of feeling good in your own skin.

Pleasure is productive.
Pleasure is expansive.
Pleasure teaches the nervous system: it’s safe to receive.

Think:

  • A slow morning

  • A nourishing meal

  • A walk in nature

  • Soft music

  • A warm bath

  • A night of deep rest

We create more when we stop forcing and start allowing.

What Matters Most

At its core, Taurus energy asks: What do you really value?

Your time. Your energy. Your relationships. Your work. Your wellbeing.
What feels aligned — and what feels like a drain?

This Full Moon shines a light on anything that is out of integrity with your values:

  • overworking

  • sacrificing your nervous system

  • prioritizing productivity over presence

  • saying yes when your body is saying no

It becomes clearer what needs to be released and what deserves to be nurtured.

Supportive Practices

If you want to work with the energy of this Full Moon, try:

  • Breathwork for grounding — longer exhales calm the nervous system

  • Restorative yoga or a slow flow

  • Decluttering your home or workspace

  • Journaling around money, worth, or stability

  • Sound healing or meditation

  • Extra sleep + nourishment

Small, sustainable rituals create big shifts.

Support Your Nervous System with a Body Scan Meditation

If you’d like support grounding into your body and settling your nervous system during this Full Moon, I’ve created a free body scan meditation you can download and listen to anytime.

It’s gentle, calming, and designed to help you reconnect with safety, breath, and presence — especially if life feels fast or noisy.

My Final Reflection

If life has felt fast, loud, or overwhelming, this Full Moon brings an invitation to slow down & let go.

To remember that being rooted is not the opposite of growth — it's the foundation of it.
To reconnect with your body and your values.
To soften into trust, safety, and abundance.

You are allowed to breathe.
You are allowed to rest.
You are allowed to receive.

Reconnecting with Your Body’s Wisdom: The Power of Somatic Healing

In a world that often asks us to think faster, do more, and push harder — our bodies quietly hold the truth of what we really need. Somatic healing invites us back home to that truth.

At its core, somatic healing is the practice of listening to and working with the body to release stored emotions, regulate the nervous system, and restore flow to your energetic field. It’s where embodiment meets energy — helping you move from survival mode into a state of grounded presence and self-trust.

What Is Somatic Healing?

Somatic simply means “of the body.”
Through breathwork, gentle movement, intuitive energy work, and sound, somatic healing sessions help you reconnect to your body’s innate wisdom. Our bodies store memories, emotions, and patterns — many of which shape how we think, react, and feel.

By tuning into your body with awareness and compassion, you create space for what’s been held to release. The result is a deeper sense of safety, peace, and alignment that radiates through every area of life and business.

How a Session Works

Every session is unique — intuitively guided by what your body and energy field need most that day. Some sessions may focus on grounding and nervous system regulation, while others may support emotional release or energetic realignment.

You might experience sensations like warmth, tingling, lightness, or emotional release — each one a sign that your system is finding its natural rhythm again. After the session, many people describe feeling more spacious, clear, and connected to their inner truth.

Why This Work Matters

We live in a culture that glorifies productivity and often disconnects us from the body — yet true healing begins when we slow down enough to feel. Somatic healing helps bridge that gap.

When you restore safety and awareness in the body, everything else — your energy, creativity, and relationships — begins to shift. You return to flow. You return to you.

Ready to Reconnect?

If you’re feeling called to deepen your relationship with your body, your energy, and your inner knowing — I’d love to guide you through a Somatic Healing Session.

These 1:1 sessions combine nervous system support, energy healing, and intuitive guidance to help you release what’s no longer serving you and come back into harmony with your true self.

A New Era of Stephanie

For the past 15+ years, my work has been rooted in helping brands find clarity, direction, and resonance. That journey began as an independent contractor nearly 20 years ago, taking on marketing projects and clients to build brands, strategy and marketing campaigns. That experience led to running my own full-service marketing agency—building strategies, scaling businesses, and helping countless entrepreneurs bring their visions to life. It was fulfilling in many ways, but over time, I realized something deeper was calling me.

After years of pushing, striving, and performing in ways that looked successful on the outside, my body and spirit were asking me to slow down, to listen, and to return to myself. That turning point began my path of healing, somatic practices, yoga, sound, and movement—a path that has not only transformed my personal life but also how I guide others.

Why Rebrand Now

This rebrand isn’t just about changing colors, logos, or visuals. It’s about alignment.
It’s about creating a brand that reflects who I am now—not who I was even a few years ago.

I’m evolving as a being and a woman. I’m more clear who I am and I’m embodied in my truth, operating from my feminine energy and my authentic frequency - embracing my wholeness. Liberated. Grounded. In Flow.

So, it’s natural my personal brand is evolving into the most grounded, authentic, and deeply embodied version, too. A space where business strategy and spirituality coexist. Where movement and sound are just as valuable as metrics and funnels. Where truth, liberation, and divine feminine energy weave into everything I create.

What This New Brand Means to Me

This rebrand feels like a nourishing exhale where the shoulders drop, I let out a big sigh and can finally BE. What a relief. What a blessing. What a true gift to get to be ME. This rebrand has been a process that started back at the beginning of this year when I experienced a transformative Embodiment Brand Photoshoot with my amazingly talented friend, Embodied Visuals. This experience captured my essence and images that truly feel like me.

Then I ventured to the jungle of Costa Rica, living off the grid for nearly a month - and the jungle gave me more wisdom, more connection, more courage to step into my authentic energy. To authentically be me. As a Leo moon and Leo Rising, I’m seeing how I’m stepping more into the spotlight in a grounded, warm and confident way.

To me this brand feels:

Grounded

Inspired by the hues of pachamama, Mother Earth, this rebrand is intentionally aligned with nature. Connection, stability, natural ways of being.

Rooted in Truth
No more performing, no more pretending. This brand is anchored in authenticity and transparency and embracing wholeness.

Somatic & Embodied
Movement, breath, and sound aren’t side practices—they’re central. They are the bridge between mind, body, and soul.

Healing & Liberation
This space is devoted to helping others release what no longer serves them, reclaim their voice, and build lives and businesses that feel as good as they look.

Feminine Force
It’s a celebration of intuition, flow, and the power of creation. It’s where strength meets softness and where possibility expands.

The Next Chapter

This rebrand marks the integration of all parts of me:
the founder and strategist, the yoga teacher and sound healer, the investor, the business strategist, the guide who helps others align psyche, soma, and soul.

It’s more than a shift in branding—it’s a declaration.
I’m no longer compartmentalizing the different aspects of who I am. I’m weaving them together into one authentic, embodied expression. And I’m only at the beginning.

This is my invitation for you to journey with me into this new chapter—one rooted in authenticity, movement, spirituality, and liberation.

Welcome to the truest version of me. I’m glad you’re here.

The 9/9/9 Portal: A Day of Completion & Integration

Today we walk through a powerful energetic gateway: 9/9/9.

  • September is the 9th month.

  • Today is the 9th day.

  • And in numerology, 2025 (2+0+2+5) reduces to a 9.

  • 9 / 9 / 9

That means today carries a triple-nine frequency — a rare alignment that amplifies the vibration of completion, release, and integration.

It goes even further though… 9 + 9 + 9 = 27 and 2 + 7 =9!

Meaning today is a POTENT 9 day.

In numerology, nine is the number of endings, but not in a heavy or final sense — rather, it invites us to clear space, honor what’s been lived, and step into the wisdom we’ve gained. It’s the closing of a cycle, the turning of a page, the invitation to carry forward only what aligns with the next chapter.

Astrologically, portals like this often feel like heightened energetic thresholds. You may notice synchronicities, dreams, or themes resurfacing that are asking for resolution. The question is: what are you ready to let go of so you can rise lighter and freer?

Energies of 9/9/9

Completion – releasing what’s run its course.
Integration – weaving lessons into wisdom.
Forgiveness – softening old stories, cutting cords with compassion.
Spiritual Awakening – nine is the “old soul” number, reminding us to zoom out and see the bigger picture.

Practices to Ground Into the Portal

  1. Sacred Release Ritual
Write down what you’re ready to let go of on slips of paper — outdated patterns, beliefs, or relationships. Burn, bury, or tear them up as an act of symbolic release.

  2. Sound & Movement Clearing
Put on a song that feels cathartic. Shake your body, hum, or use vocal toning to move stagnant energy through and out.

  3. Gratitude List for Endings
Instead of just grieving what’s leaving, honor it. Make a list of the gifts each ending has brought you.

  4. Meditation on the Spiral
Visualize your life path as a spiral — each turn brings you back to familiar themes but from a higher perspective. Notice how far you’ve come.

Journal Prompts

  • What cycles in my life are naturally completing right now?

  • What old version of myself am I ready to thank and release?

  • What wisdom am I carrying forward into this next chapter?

  • Where am I holding on out of fear, and how can I soften into trust?

  • If I fully surrendered to completion, what new beginning might emerge?

Closing Reflection

The 9/9 portal isn’t just about endings. It’s about liberation. Each time we close a cycle with intention, we open space for something more aligned to flow in. Trust that what is leaving has already served its purpose.

Today is your reminder: you are whole, complete, and ready for what’s next.

A Blood Moon Reset: Energetics of the Pisces Full Moon Lunar Eclipse

This weekend’s Pisces Full Moon Total Lunar Eclipse, also known as the Blood Moon, carries powerful energy of release, healing, and spiritual reset. As the Earth’s shadow turns the moon a deep red, we’re invited to shed outdated patterns, surrender control, and trust the flow of life. This eclipse activates the Virgo–Pisces axis, reminding us to balance structure with surrender, and to honor both practical rituals and mystical guidance. In this post, I share the astrology, energetics, journaling prompts, and practices to help you navigate this potent cosmic turning point.

This weekend we meet a powerful moment in the sky: the Full Moon Total Lunar Eclipse in Pisces, also called the Corn Moon or the Blood Moon. On September 7th, the moon rises into her fullness, cloaked in eclipse energy that magnifies endings, transitions, and breakthroughs.

Psst… It’s called Corn Moon because of it’s timing near autumn and harvest season and Blood Moon because of the burnt orange/red hue effect the lunar eclipse will have on the moon in the night sky.

Eclipses are turning points. They bring a sense of fate, of divine timing—like the universe pressing “reset” on something in our lives. And when an eclipse happens in Pisces, the last sign of the zodiac, it carries the added weight of closure and spiritual release. This is a time of deep emotional clearing, of dissolving the old, and of trusting that what is leaving is meant to go.

Pisces Full Moon Energetics

Pisces energy is sensitive, intuitive, imaginative, and spiritual. Plus, the last sign of the zodiac - this is a symbolic ending and release. It calls us into surrender—to let go of what we’ve been trying to control and instead trust the larger flow of life. Under this moon, emotions may swell like tides, bringing both healing tears and intuitive clarity.

Because the moon is opposite the sun in Virgo, this eclipse also lights up the Virgo–Pisces axis:

  • Virgo: devotion, healing, detail, grounding in the body.

  • Pisces: surrender, compassion, imagination, spiritual attunement.

Together, they remind us that true healing comes from both structure and softness. We need the ritual and the practice (Virgo) as much as we need the dream and the letting go (Pisces).

Eclipse Themes

Here are some of the things we may be feeling collectively:

  • Release & Closure – Endings may feel fated, especially in relationships, habits, or creative paths.

  • Emotional Clarity – Old grief or stuck energy arises to be cleared, offering breakthroughs of understanding.

  • Intuition Activated – Dreams, synchronicities, and inner knowings may be louder than usual.

  • Simplify & Re-align – An urge to declutter, cleanse, or reset routines.

  • Spiritual Connection – A deepening desire to pray, meditate, honor ancestors, or access wisdom beyond the logical.

Journaling Prompts

Invitation to set aside quiet space, light a candle, and let these journal prompts guide your reflection:

  1. What am I being invited to release right now—even if it feels uncomfortable?

  2. Where in my life am I still trying to control the outcome, rather than trusting the flow?

  3. What spiritual practices or rituals bring me back to my own inner compass?

  4. What emotions are surfacing that I’ve been avoiding—and how can I honor them instead of suppressing them?

  5. If this eclipse is a reset button, what chapter am I ready to close? And what am I calling in next?

Full Moon + Eclipse Practices

Here are some ways to work with the energies of this full moon and eclipse:

🌑 Release Ritual

  • Write down what you are ready to let go of—habits, relationships, thought patterns.

  • Tear up, throw out or bury the paper as a symbolic release.

🌊 Water Clearing

  • Pisces is a water sign—connect with water through a ritual bath or shower, ocean swim, or simply placing a bowl of water under the moonlight.

  • As you immerse, visualize old energy dissolving away.

🎶 Sound or Movement

  • Move energy through your body with sound healing, humming, chanting, or dance.

  • Allow emotions to flow through movement rather than staying stuck in the mind.

🕯️ Ancestral Connection

  • Create a simple altar with photos, flowers, or offerings to honor your ancestors.

  • Speak words of gratitude and ask for their guidance as you step into your next chapter.

🧘 Meditation & Breathwork

  • Practice a short breathwork or meditation for grounding.

  • Imagine a column of light washing through your body, clearing old energy and filling you with clarity.

This eclipse is a moment of cosmic surrender. If something is leaving your life now, trust that it is divinely timed. If emotions rise up, let them flow. If clarity arrives, let it guide you forward.

The invitation is simple yet profound: release what no longer serves, honor the wisdom surfacing, and trust the unseen currents that are carrying you toward what’s next. This time is both an ending and a new beginning. A reminder that sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is let go and make space for new beginnings.

May this moon bring the release, clarity, and healing that our souls are ready for.

How to Use Pinterest to Promote Your Podcast (and Grow Your Audience Long-Term)

Pinterest for Podcasters with Pin Better® method for Podcasters course

I have been speaking to clients a lot recently about Pinterest and podcasts…and so felt called to get some tangible tips on the blog for you to dive in for yourselves!

I’m a lover of Pinterest, it’s why I developed a proprietary method and course on how to use it to grow brand visibility and website traffic organically using this platform….

Podcast promotion doesn’t have to feel like you’re constantly blasting out content and short-lived posts. If you want your episodes to reach new listeners again and again—without constantly reinventing the marketing wheel—Pinterest is the perfect platform to add to your strategy. That’s why I’ve created the Pin Better® method for Podcasters mini course!

Unlike Instagram or TikTok where your content disappears after a day or two, Pinterest is a visual search engine. Every Pin you create can work as a long-lasting link back to your podcast, circulating for months (or even years) after you publish it. With the right approach, you can turn each episode into an evergreen traffic driver and visibility booster.

Here are some simple, effective ways to start promoting your podcast on Pinterest:

1. Create Branded Pin Graphics

Design attention-grabbing covers using your podcast artwork, guest photos, or powerful quotes from your episodes.

  • Keep fonts bold, clean, and easy to read.

  • Use headlines that entice curiosity (e.g., “5 Ways to Build Authentic Visibility” vs. “Episode 12”).

2. Link Pins Directly to Episodes

Make every Pin a gateway to your content.

  • Link to a specific episode landing page, your website, or your preferred podcast platform.

  • Add clear CTAs like “Listen Now” or “Stream the Full Episode.”

3. Leverage Rich Pins & Idea Pins

Take advantage of Pinterest’s built-in features:

  • Idea Pins let you share short clips, audiograms, or swipeable “3 Tips from This Episode.”

  • Rich Pins can auto-pull your titles and descriptions so your content stays up to date.

4. Use Keyword-Rich Descriptions

Treat Pinterest like the search engine it is.

  • Add specific keywords to your Pin titles and descriptions (e.g., “business podcast for conscious leaders” or “sound healing meditation episode”).

  • Think about what your ideal listener is typing into search.

5. Promote Evergreen Episodes

Don’t just Pin the latest release—share your timeless content, too.

  • Your story, your methodology, or “Top 10 Tips” episodes stay relevant for years.

  • Evergreen Pins keep driving listens long after launch.

6. Drive Email List Growth

Think beyond streams.

  • Instead of linking only to Spotify or Apple, send people to your website.

  • Offer show notes, freebies, or guides so listeners join your email list.

7. Analytics for Engagement Lead the Way

Let data guide your next move.

  • Track which Pins get the most clicks, saves, or listens.

  • Double down on the formats, designs, and topics that perform best.

Why Pinterest Works for Podcasts

The biggest advantage? Pinterest builds links that last forever. Once your Pin is live, it can be re-pinned, saved, searched, and resurfaced over and over again. That means each episode has the potential to keep finding new listeners long after you’ve moved on to your next recording.

Some of the most powerful tactics—like repurposing one episode into multiple Pins, creating episode boards by theme, and aligning your podcast content with seasonal/trending searches—are strategies I’ll be teaching in my upcoming course, Pin Better® Method for Podcasters.

If you’re ready to maximize visibility and build a repeatable system for long-term podcast growth, pre-order the Pin Better® method course for podcasters here and get immediate access to the new Pin Better® Method for Podcaster course when it goes live!

If you’ve been relying only on short-lived social posts to promote your podcast, Pinterest is your chance to create a strategy that’s both evergreen and scalable. With just a few Pins per episode, you’ll build a growing library of discoverable, clickable content that drives new audiences to your show every single day.

Welcome to My New Chapter: Stepping into Alignment

After two decades in the desert and over 15 years leading brands, I’ve stepped into a new chapter—one rooted in alignment, embodiment, and truth. This post is both a welcome and an invitation to journey with me as I merge strategy with somatic practices, sound healing, and soulful living - the tools I’ve used to build a life that feels as good as it looks.

After more than 15 years building brands and leading businesses, and the past few years diving deep into somatic practices, sound, and soul work, I find myself standing at a threshold. Leaving the Arizona desert after two decades opened space for renewal—a chance to reconnect with water, movement, and my own truth. This new chapter isn’t just about launching a website; it’s about stepping into alignment with the woman I’ve become: a blend of strategist and energy interpreter, rooted in psyche, soma, and soul. Here, I’ll be sharing insights, offerings, and reflections that bridge the worlds of business and embodiment, guiding others toward lives and brands that feel as good as they look.

Closing One Chapter to Begin Another

For years, my work was centered in the marketing agency world. I built RielDeal Marketing from the ground up and had the honor of supporting dozens of clients across industries. Yet, as fulfilling as it was to help client’s brands success, I could feel something shifting within me. My father’s passing in 2013 cracked open a doorway to deeper spiritual awareness, and over time, initiations in 2017 and again in the last two years called me inward.

What I discovered was that growth doesn’t always happen in the hustle—it often blooms in the pause. Closing one chapter created space for me to rediscover my own voice, body, and energy in ways I hadn’t before.

What Alignment Means to Me

Alignment isn’t about perfection. It’s about resonance. It’s the moment when your inner truth and outer expression harmonize—when the work you do, the way you show up, and the energy you carry are all flowing in the same direction.

For me, alignment looks like merging my years of business experience with the tools and practices that nourish the nervous system and spirit: somatic movement, yoga, sound healing, frequency therapy, and intuitive guidance. It means showing up fully—not just as a strategist, or a healer, or a mentor—but as all of me, unapologetically.

The Work I Do Now

Much like yoga teaches us to flow with the breath and surrender into each posture in our own unique body, my work now is about guiding others into relationship with their body - their own lives and (maybe even) businesses. Alignment happens when you learn to listen deeply—to your body, to your energy, and to your truth—and then move from that place with trust.

Today, my offerings are rooted at the intersection of business strategy and embodied energetics. I hold space for founders, creatives, and conscious leaders to bring their visions into form in ways that feel both expansive and sustainable. That may look like:

  • Somatic practices and nervous system support to help you ground, regulate, and create from a place of wholeness.

  • Sound healing and frequency therapy to clear energetic blocks and restore harmony.

  • Yoga and mindful movement to reconnect you to the wisdom of your body.

  • Intuition-led mentorship and brand strategy to align your voice, vision, and visibility.

Working with me isn’t just about strategy or healing—it’s about embracing both. It feels like being met fully, seen for all that you are, and invited into a space where your vision is honored and your energy is supported. Clients often describe it as equal parts grounding and activating: a blend of practical clarity and soulful expansion.

What You Can Expect Here

This blog is more than a space for updates. It’s an invitation to wholeness. For myself, and maybe for you, too.

Here, I’ll share:

  • Reflections from my personal journey of growth, healing, and reinvention.

  • Insights on building brands, businesses, and offerings that feel aligned and authentic.

  • Practices and tools from yoga, somatic work, and sound that support nervous system regulation and embodiment.

  • Stories that remind us we’re not alone in navigating change, endings, and new beginnings.

Whether you’re a founder, a creative, or simply a human seeking more flow and authenticity, my hope is that these words serve as a reminder: you are allowed to evolve.

An Invitation to Journey Together

Stepping into alignment isn’t a one-time event—it’s a lifelong practice. I don’t have it all figured out, but I do know this: we’re not meant to walk this path alone.

If you’re here reading these words, welcome. I invite you to explore the offerings on this site, join me in a class or event, or simply return to this space when you need inspiration or grounding.

This is just the beginning of a new chapter, and I’m so grateful to have you along for the journey.

Here’s to stepping into alignment, together.
